Acceptance and eligibility
By using Smart Kheti, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with authorization from a parent, guardian, or organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account details accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, scrape protected data, or use connected-device controls in an unsafe manner.
Services, marketplace, and advice
Availability, pricing, delivery estimates, provider details, crop information, market data, weather data, and automated recommendations may change. Agricultural and device insights are informational and should be considered alongside local conditions and qualified professional judgment.
Orders and third parties
Some products or services are supplied by independent providers or logistics partners. Their additional terms may apply. Review order details before confirmation and use the published cancellation and refund process when an order is eligible.
Intellectual property
Smart Kheti, its software, branding, and original content are owned by INVAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Smart Kheti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, crop outcomes, or losses caused by third-party services, inaccurate external data, unsafe device use, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, changes, and disputes
We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop misuse. We may update these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law; courts with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana will hear disputes unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
